My Husband Pointed out That I Needed to Do Something About My Pain

My husband and I went out to dinner one night together. After I slipped and fell in the restaurant, my back was just not the same. My husband urged me to see a Vancouver chiropractor after he came home one night and found me crying. He learned that I had taken the day off of work because I had been hurting so much, and I had to spend the day in bed. I knew that he was right about getting help because I knew that I would lose my job if I didn’t find a solution for the pain quickly. I only get 5 days of sick pay per year, and I only had one day left.

We don’t often get a chance to go out. We both work and have 2 children. It can be pretty expensive to raise two children in this world. So we typically do not have surplus money for nights out alone together. The night that we went out, we decided to splurge and we hired a babysitter. She watched our two young children while my husband and I went out to watch a movie and a nice restaurant afterward. Knowing that we don’t get that many chances to go out, we even took a bit of time picking out the best restaurant to go to on the night that I slipped and fell. I read a lot of reviews and then we picked out a place together.

After I fell down, I was a little sore. However, I didn’t really think it was that big of a deal. I felt that I would be fine by the time we got home. I was unable to sleep that night and was in so much pain the next day. That had been going on for a month when my husband told me that I needed to get help. Part of me was worried that getting help would not work, and that is why I had been putting it off. It was really smart of him to push me to go see a chiropractor because it worked.
